Tyler[Ver.2]

The mayor's quest speech is modified, but there's no actual quest things going on yet. The entire map so far should be free to explore, though, ignoring the 'cutscenes' that may come up. 

The golden statue thing should be fully functional: it can be stolen, the code can be found, the code can be entered, and the door that is unlocked by the code can be opened. The cutscene that plays upon entering is broken, however, and will probably softlock the game.

Interacting with Miles in the church may or may not work properly. More testing needed. There is definitely a rough version of the w/Tyler and w/outTyler options to interact with him, though. 

Random encounters have been implemented on the "Market" map.

The beach may not be accessible. I am currently working on the beach so that is why. If it is inaccessible, this probably means the well is inaccessible in addition.
